How To Submit A Ticket In Aware

1. If a problem arises, go to your Aware account and log in here.

2. Go to “Support” in the top-right menu bar, where you will find the drop-down menu that says “Tickets.”

3. Click “Tickets” and then you will see two options. You can choose “Support” or “Billing.” Choose which problem you are having by clicking on the red text.

4. After choosing which category your problem is relevant to, you can fill the ticket information out and click “Open Ticket” at the bottom right of the page to submit.

5. After submitting your ticket, our Production Support Technicians will assist you in a timely manner to get your problems resolved. And you’re done!
